Papa Refuse

1. Papa Refuse container efficiency system.  Place all compliance info on the lid of the container.  Section A 1.  Please bag and tie all items including yard waste.  2.  Please wash and clean the container regularly.  3.  Please keep lid closed.  4.  Container overfilled with items. 5.  Container over maximum weight of 332.5 pounds.  6.  No small appliances in container.  7.  Please increase recycle items.  8.  Container has foul odor or flies. 

2.  Illegal items Section B. 1.  Do not place dirt or rocks in container. 2.  Do not place hazardous waste in container. 3.  Do not place batteries in container.  4.  Do not place oil in container 5.  Do not place paint in container.  6.  Do not place flammable items in container.  7. Do not place construction materials in container.  8.  Do not place medical waste in container.  9.  Do not place hot hash in container. 

3. Container Replacement Section C. 1.  Damage to wheels, lid, back of container, bottom of container, any visible cracks or damage.  Call/Text for Updates

4. Weekly Service and Holiday Schedule Section D.  1.  Weekly service days or Mondays through Thursdays.  2.  Holiday service schedule, service will continue the day after these major holidays – Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor, Memorial, and Veterans Day. 

5.  House-hold Hazardous Waste Schedule Section E.  1.  Call for appointments: Spring- February 26th to March 23rd. Collections: Pick-ups March 19th to April 6th. 2.  Fall appointments: September 24th to October 19th.  Collections: Pick-ups October 15th- November 2nd. 3.  Place items safely by curbside for pickup.
